FPV Drone Camp
Join LHER for the thrilling, immersive experience of piloting an FPV (First Person View) drone and simulating the experience of flying. While attending 6 hours of training (split into 3 days of 2 hour sessions), students will engage in hands-on activities, challenges, and drone flights while learning to operate and maintain FPV drones. Students will fly with FPV goggles and a simulator, navigate courses, avoid obstacles, understand drone safety and line of sight flying, fly in Acro mode, do tricks, and explore Betaflight. Students will also learn to identify drones parts, features, and equipment for future troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
-Students may attend camp and fly with LHER’s drones or may choose to purchase an identical FPV drone kit to use and take home at the end of the final day of camp. To purchase an FPV drone kit, add the optional kit to the shopping cart during registration.
Pick your preferred date from the calendar to sign up your child (ages 12 & up) for the June/July Drone Camp for $120 ($95 with coupon code - "25OFF"). Fill out the form and complete the payment information in order to complete the registration.
Please complete a separate registration for each drone session that a child
plans to attend. Multiple children must be registered individually.
